For regular light-customization products, the MOQ is 200–500 sets. For full customization, the MOQ ranges from 1,000 to 10,000 sets, depending on the project.

In-stock samples are shipped within 2 days; light-customization samples usually take 3–5 days; full-customization samples take 10–90 days depending on the project. Sample fees vary by specification and customization requirements.

We follow a strict four-step quality control process:
Incoming raw material inspection;
Pre-production sample verification;
During production, defective and qualified products are strictly separated, with daily quality verification by the quality supervisor;
Before shipment, complete inspection documents are prepared, and all specifications are sampled and inspected according to professional inspection procedures.

After the deposit and samples are confirmed, orders under 1,000 sets usually take 10–15 days.

Upon receipt of the 30% deposit, we begin material preparation and pre-production sampling. After bulk production is completed, we send the inspection report. Once the report is verified and approved, the 70% balance is due. Goods are shipped as requested after full payment is received.
